Priority will be given to applicants who reside in Torbay and will only be considered if they have lived in the area for six out of the last 12 months or three out of the last 5 years.
Applicants must be 55 or over but consideration will be given to adults below this age if they have a long term condition and / or are in receipt of regular high levels of care. Under 18s are not eligible.
At Whitley Court you can live as independently as possible, knowing that support is available as your needs change. All apartments have an emergency pull cord system that, when activated, immediately alerts the 24-hour support team that you need assistance and pendant alarms are available if required.
