To be eligible to live at St Giles House you must:

  • Be aged 55 or over
  • Have a household income of no more than £90,000
  • Sell any existing property owned before buying through the Older People’s Shared Ownership (OPSO) scheme, but you will not require a Local Authority nomination to be approved eligible
  • Not have any outstanding credit issues (for example unsatisfied defaults or county court judgements).
