Designed to offer comfort, independence and peace of mind, each flat is connected to an alarm call system which links directly to a dedicated care and support team who are on hand 24 hours a day.

Each self contained flat in the new development provides a generously fitted kitchen, wet room bathroom, large living area and spacious bedrooms.

Wheelchair access has been incorporated throughout the development, with ample exits through a selection of communal lounges to courtyard gardens. Smaller lounge and seating areas are scattered throughout the spacious corridors.

There is also a large communal dining area where residents can enjoy nutritious home cooked meals prepared by our professional in-house catering team.

For your security each home is fitted with an emergency pull cord intercom alarm system that connects you to a member of the team who will be on hand day or night.

The scheme also has its own hairdressing salon.

Nichols Court is in the heart of a vibrant community which has many active clubs and societies, restaurants and pubs. Linton which is just a twenty minute car ride from the City of Cambridge has its own zoo and vineyards.

We enable and encourage friendships, although tenants have the choice whether to join in with any social events.

Whether you currently have a care need or are simply planning for the future - if you are 55 or over and reside in, or have a family connection to the local area, you will be eligible for an apartment.

Having as much independence as you want and the reassurance that if your needs change you will be fully supported means that you can focus on living your life to the full.

Personal and domestic care is provided by Mears Care who can help you at home with anything you need including shopping, laundry, housework, personal care and prescription collection. Sanctuary staff are on-site and provide housing management and support.

For extra peace of mind, your apartment will have an emergency pull cord system that, when activated, immediately alerts the 24-hour care team that you need assistance. Pendant alarms are available if required.
