37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a Retirement Living Housing Team Leader to join our friendly team at Lawley Bank Court. Offering extra care apartments to rent, Lawley Bank provides independent living, with the reassurance that a dedicated care and support team is on hand when required. The role of Retirement Living Housing Team Leader will include:

  • Managing tenancies, ensuring that residents are paying their rent/service charges
  • Signposting residents for further support if and when required
  • Actively managing ASB cases and concerns
  • Ensuring health and safety requirements safety
  • Handling queries in a timely manner and managing and resolving complaints
  • Ensuring KPI’s are met
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with residents, families and external agencies
  • Supporting the team with administration duties when required
  • On-call duties may be required

Skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience in housing and front of house management
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong listening and observational skills
  • Good administrative skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar)
