We are seeking a Care and Support Assistant to make a real difference to the lives of our residents. Middleton House provides high quality apartments designed to support independent living. The role of Care and Support Assistant will include:

  • Delivering a high level of personalised domiciliary care to residents
  • Focusing on the wellbeing of residents and facilitating their independence
  • Assisting and encouraging residents to access and maintain a level of integration into the wider community
  • Working with residents and other staff members to ensure a clean and comfortable environment

Skills and experiences:

  • A caring and empathetic personality
  • Punctual with good time management skills
  • Enthusiastic and flexible with a strong “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to react quickly to changing priorities whilst working to deadlines and targets
  • NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, or the commitment to work towards
