37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm

At Rosary Priory, we provide personal care and support for retired nuns from the Dominican Sisters of Saint Catherine of Siena Newcastle Natal, ensuring they have comfort, independence and peace of mind during their retirement.

We are seeking an exceptional individual with experience of managing care or housing services, to manage the delivery of care services and housing within a Retirement Living setting. Line managing teams of staff to deliver outstanding care services to our residents is a primary focus in this role, alongside ensuring quality standards are maintained at all times. Promoting the well being of all residents, together with ensuring safety plans and other compliance monitoring will be at the forefront of your day. With exceptional communication skills, you will be a strong, hands-on leader inspiring others along the way. Using your previous financial acumen gained in a similar environment, you will focus on operating a successful business whilst always focussing on the service delivery to our residents.
