In these roles, you'll manage the day-to-day running of the service and its facilities.

As a registered manager, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of care and housing management services. At these services we are the registered care provider with the Care Quality Commission.
You’ll also build great relationships with residents, families and external agencies to ensure apartments are allocated, occupancy levels maintained and facilities are utilised.
As Housing Manager, you will be managing the housing support services and working in partnership with any onsite care providers. You’ll be allocating properties and maintaining occupancy levels, facilitating contracts to make good use of the scheme’s services and building relationships with residents and families.
Our Housing Team Leader’s are responsible for managing tenancies and ensuring residents are paying their rent/service charges. You’ll also be handling queries, ensuring health and safety requirements are met and handling any antisocial behaviour cases and concerns.
As Area Service Manager, you will work closely with the senior management team to manage the delivery and strategic development of high quality retirement living and supported living services within your area. You will travel frequently to services within your area to support with their day to day management, auditing and their growth and development in order to meet resident and local authority needs.
