£8.42 to £8.68 per hour (dependent on qualifications)

35 hours per week – various shifts over a 7 day period

We are seeking a Night Care and Support Assistant to make a real difference to the lives of our residents. Jubilee Court offers both housing and care, suitable for many individuals with care needs while offering comfortable environments and helping with the pursuit of independent living. The role of Night Care and Support Assistant will include:

• Providing peace of mind for all residents by carrying out security checks throughout the night, checking on all buildings and residents
• Responding to calls should a resident need support in an emergency
• Conducting bed calls and morning calls to a high standard
• As a night position, the amount of hands-on care you will be providing is minimal
• This is a lone working position however you will have on-call support

Skills and experiences:

• Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or willing to work towards
• Person-centred approach ideally with experience of working in a similar care related role
• Enthusiastic and flexible with a strong “can-do” attitude
• Strong organisational skills as well as functional literacy and numeracy
